Terms and Conditions - Each time you need work done send a maintenance request to onecare@onetakemedia.net. One Take Media will e-mail you a confirmation notice that will include details of your maintenance request and how much time it will take to complete within 12 hours (usually sooner). Upon completion, One Take Media will send an e-mail that includes the balance of time you have for that month. If a maintenance request will take longer than originally estimated you will be informed before any more work is done, you can elect to continue the job at a discounted rate or you can agree to deduct time from next month. If the project takes less time you will be notified and only be deducted for the time spent. Payments are non-refundable once they are recieved via paypal. Customers are also responsible for canceling their subscription to this service. One Take Media cannot be held liable for a customer forgetting to cancel their service. - Liablities and limitations - One Take Media cannot be held liable for unanticipated adverse effects of changes asked for by clients. One Take Media can not in any way be held financially responsible for any events that could/may/might transpire from code changes asked for by clients. We do our best to thoroughly test code and make back ups of code before changes are made in order to limit risk of adverse effects. If anything adverse does happen we will revert the code to its original state and re-test the changes. One Take Media reserves the right to reject a subscription for any or no reason at all, in that case we will refund the payment immediately. By Subscribing to the takeCare Maintenance service you signify you complete agreement and cooperation with these terms and conditions. By subscribing you release One Take Media from any and all legal and financial liablity to the aforementioned Limitations and Liabilities.
