takeCare will provide maintenance for the following, this is only a partial list. takeCare is a program customized to your site's needs.
- Add, modify, or remove product listings.
- Add, reposition, modify or remove images.
- Add, reposition, or remove copy.
- Add, modify, or remove Web store configurations including shipping, taxes, payment, and promotion options.
- Add, reposition, or remove links between your Web store and a separate Web site.
- Add or remove meta tags to improve search engine rankings.
- Change the ProStores template in your ProStores Web store.
- Add Flash, dynamic content, or Java script.
- Modify notification e-mails.
- Changes to SSML code to address broken functionality in already existing code
- Changes to SSML code to change functionality in already existing code
- Many other modifications (send us an e-mail about anything you don't see on this list)

To get started simply create a list of the typical things you think you will need us to do on our site and then send us a list.

Each time you need work done send a maintenance request to takecare@onetakemedia.net. One Take Media will e-mail you a confirmation notice that will include details of your maintenance request and how much time it will take to complete within 12 hours (usually sooner). Upon completion, One Take Media will send an e-mail that includes the balance of time you have for that month.
If a maintenance request will take longer than originally estimated you will be informed before any more work is done, you can elect to continue the job at the agreed on hourly rate or you can agree to deduct time from next month. If the project takes less time you will be notified and only be deducted for the time spent. Any unused maintenance minutes do not roll over to the following month.
