Memorial Day, this is a day when we need to take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices of the men and women who have set aside their own dreams, ambitions, desires and often their lives to give us the freedom to pursue ours.

So as you fire up the grill, pass around drinks, and spend time with your family and friends please take a moment to reflect on what others have done for you. If you see someone in uniform walk up to them and thank them for their service.

They deserve it.
