Two levels of service:
Extend Basic: Can be implemented in under one hour and will enable any US merchant to start selling to the international market immediately. Extend Basic provides the international consumer with their own US address that can be used to checkout at the merchant's website. Cost: $250
Extend Plus: Provides the same functions as the Extend, however, it allows the US address to be auto-populated into the shopping cart, reducing the need for re-keying of information. Cost: $350
